The Mount Pleasant Village Business Improvement Area (MPV BIA) is one of 83 BIAs
across the City of Toronto representing over 230 businesses along Mount Pleasant
Road from Davisville Ave to Eglinton Ave. As a not-for-profit organization, the mandate
of the BIA is to improve, beautify and promote the village as a vibrant retail business
area.

In partnership with Street Art Toronto, The MPV BIA commissioned 37 artists to paint 37 poles under the theme "Celebrate Community Vibrancy".
